The company operates in over 50 locations across more than 25 countries, has delivery centers in Asia, Europe, and North America and is backed by Baring Private Equity Asia.Job Title : AI/ML Developer Experience Level : 6-10 Years Job Location : Hyderabad, Benguluru Budget : 1,50,000 Per Month Job Type : Contract Work Mode : Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Client : CMMI Level 5Job Description:Key Responsibilities• Design and build autonomous agents to support various phases of STLC including test planning, test case generation, execution, defect triaging, and reporting. • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services Google ADK, with a strong focus on Vertex AI, Agent-based architectures (e.g., Agent Engine), and scalable cloud-native deployment models. • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks in software testing. • Integrate agents with CI/CD pipelines and test management platforms. • Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage and efficiency. • Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance with data governance standards.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI. • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, GDK, and other Google Cloud AI tools. • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. • Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
