By combining proprietary technology with deep domain expertise, we help businesses unlock the full potential of their data.About the RoleWe’re seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to help design, fine-tune, and deploy domain-specific AI systems. You’ll work across the ML lifecycle—from data preparation and model adaptation to scalable deployment—building cutting-edge solutions that drive impact in high-stakes, regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesFine-tune and adapt LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Gemma) using LoRA/QLoRA and related methods.Prepare and structure complex medical and clinical data for AI training.Develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Evaluate and benchmark open-source models and new architectures.Monitor model performance and ensure ethical, explainable AI.What We’re Looking ForDegree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.3+ years of experienceProven experience in ML development and deployment.Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow skills.Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, vLLM).Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, and vector databases.Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus).
