Position: Senior Domestic Staffing RecruiterExperience Required: 3+ Years (Contractual Hiring)Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)Location: Vastrapur, AhmedabadWorking Days: Monday to FridayShift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMJob Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual positions across various industries/domains.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Negotiate offers, follow up with candidates till onboarding, and ensure timely closures.Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with client requirements.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Keep track of hiring metrics and provide regular reports and insights.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic contractual staffing.Strong understanding of contract-based hiring lifecycle and compliance.Excellent sourcing and screening skills.Proficient with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, and ATS systems.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Perks & Benefits:5-day working cultureDynamic team and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow in a performance-driven culture
