The individual in this role will strategize and execute sales and marketing plans, identify and develop new sales opportunities, and oversee customer relationship management.Responsibilities will include market research, competitor analysis, generating leads, presenting marketing strategies, collaborating with other teams on campaigns, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.Finding and Coordinating with real-estate developer and construction companies to convert in customer. The position requires consistent communication with construction clients and stakeholders to foster positive relationships and achieve business development goals. Qualifications Real Estate or construction Sales and marketing expertise, including market research, lead generation, and customer relationship managementStrategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience in the construction or consulting industry is an advantageProficiency in using CRM software and marketing toolsAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote work environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
