Design and deliver future ready HCM (Human Capital Management) solutionsto help organizations optimize their HR functions and enhance their employees’ experiences Work with technical functional leads to conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements You will have the opportunity to work with global clients to understand and address some of their largest and most complex people-related challenges and ultimately improve and drive valuable and sustainable business results. We focus on engagements that relate to the complete hire to retire cycle. Analyze the client’s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization, supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation Build expertise in specific industries and present the value of HCM solution to customers in those industries You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives through detailed client workshops and process mapping exercises. Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes, Design and implement requirements in the proposed HCM solution and demonstrate configurations through prototyping The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in the HCM domain, and a proven track record in consulting and/or project management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Key criteria: Successfully completed end-to-end HCM implementations Experience in multiple HCM functional areas, including experience in defining how multiple HCM modules work together Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Ability and willingness to travel Experience with pre-sale and sales activities
