Job Responsibilities:
· Should have excellent communication skills in English Both written as well as spoken.
· Handling outbound sales calls (Cold calling), Telephonic communication with decision makers of prospect companies (B2B)
· Business email communication and etiquette
· Learn technical information about our services and communicate it in a clear, concise manner. Communicate and liaise with the Business Development Team to shape effective outbound sales activity.
· Incorporate strategic and consultative sales techniques by building the pipeline, following up with prospects, and maintaining the sales funnel.
· Evening shifts
· Working knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
Typical Responsibilities:
· Research and identify prospects through secondary research.
· Make outbound calls/cold calls for outreach and qualify them as prospects.
· Convert cold leads to warm leads by convincing them to attend a demo session from the Business Development Team
· Email communication and confirmation from prospects
· Handover the prospect to the Business Development Team for closure
Qualification: Any Graduate with 1 to 2 Years of experience in handling international calls in the USA.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
