Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Construction at Spaceki in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing budgeting, project control, procurement, construction management, and project management on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

Skills*:

 - Strong project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

 - Experience in budgeting, resource management, and quality control.

 - Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.

 - Ability to lead a team of engineers, architects, and contractors.


### Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

- Ensure that all construction activities comply with the company's quality standards and safety regulations.

- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
