Key Responsibilities :

- Perform day-to-day administration and operational tasks for the SAP BTP environment.

- Manage and maintain the SAP Cloud Connector configuration and connectivity.

- Administer SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and ensure consistent availability and performance.

- Oversee SAP Datasphere setup, configuration, user roles, and space management.

- Conduct regular HANA Database administration activities including backup, performance tuning, updates and system checks.

- Monitor BTP system health, logs, and alerts; perform issue triage and resolution.

- Implement and maintain Custom Authentication mechanisms within BTP applications.

- Manage Document Management Services within BTP including storage configuration and access control.

- Administer SAP Workzone, including user onboarding, workspace creation, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure high availability and performance of BTP services.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and operational Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in relevant BTP modules.

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit practices in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for BTP tasks.

- Experience in ITIL-based support environments.
