Job Title : SAP BTP & PI/PO Integration Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Consultant to support the ongoing rollout of a global S/4HANA 1909 template across Latin America. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of SAP integration experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO. This role is crucial in enabling seamless process integration and localization across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP PI/PO

- Lead exception handling and performance tuning across integration landscapes

- Develop and manage APIs using API Management capabilities of the Integration Suite

- Configure and support a wide range of adapters (SFTP, REST, SOAP, IDOC, OData)

- Provide logging, monitoring, alerting, error-handling, and PGP encryption/payload tracing solutions

- Support the migration of interfaces from PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite

- Collaborate with global and onshore teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with the global template

- Participate in unit testing, deployment, and post-go-live support; manage incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA

- Provide on-call support for critical business interfaces as required

- Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across regions

- Work independently and coordinate effectively with technical and functional teams across different time zones

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP integration

- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI

- Proficiency in Groovy scripting, message mapping, and exception handling

- Proven experience supporting multinational SAP S/4HANA rollouts, preferably in LATAM

- Familiarity with country-specific requirements for Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama

- Experience working in agile, global delivery models

- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA rollouts across LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Panama)

- Working knowledge of regional compliance requirements & integration challenges in Latin America

- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency
