Responsibilities:

Alliance Partnership Management:

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Salesforce and ServiceNow partners.

Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with high-growth potential.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to align partnership strategies with company objectives.

Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring adherence to all terms and conditions.

Track and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape regarding Salesforce and ServiceNow technologies.

Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for leveraging Salesforce and ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer value.

Coordinate joint marketing and go-to-market strategies, maximizing partnership impact.

Deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding of partner products and solutions.

Business Management:

Oversee and manage daily business operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans aligned with company goals.

Monitor and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, performance) to ensure financial health and stability.

Collaborate with department heads to streamline business processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) for mutual benefit.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion and development.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business of 5+ years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related field.

Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with leading technology companies.

In-depth understanding of Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems and their respective solutions.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to create and implement business plans.

Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve goals
