About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end CRM solutions on the D365 CE platform.

You will act as a technical mentor, guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive D365 CE solutions, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in coding, solution architecture, and development standards.

- Develop robust integration strategies and design solutions to seamlessly connect D365 CE with internal systems, third-party applications, and external data sources.

- Design and implement an optimized data model within D365 CE, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance.

- Define security models and access control strategies to ensure adherence to relevant security and data privacy regulations.

- Possess a deep understanding of core business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.

- Demonstrate proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance functionality.

- Leverage expertise in data migration strategies, data modeling, and data integration to ensure efficient data management within the CRM platform.

- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire project lifecycle for at least 2-3 D365 CE implementations.

Technical Skills:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and implementation.

- Expertise in core CRM platform functionalities (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK).

- Strong understanding of SSRS and CRM reporting capabilities.

- Proven experience in ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API).

- Solid foundation in database concepts and object-oriented analysis and design principles within an SDLC environment.

- In-depth knowledge of D365 CE security and access control mechanisms.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript for UI development and customization.

Additional Requirements:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Must-have: Functional knowledge of all core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.

Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM certifications.
