Job Description: Mechanical Maintenance EngineerLocation: MASH Test Centre KhopoliCandidate should besed on preferably based in Khopoli, Khalapur – as close to the factory as possibleWork Schedule: 6 days/week,Joining Bonus: Offered for suitable candidates during the orientation periodExperience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenanceRole Overview:- Maintain & repair diesel/oil burners, pumps, motors, and mechanical seals. - Install gear drives, bearings, conveyors, and high-temp/high-pressure seals. - Troubleshoot sensors, bearings, and ASME-standard pipe systems with preventive maintenance. - Support commissioning, retrofits, and manage critical spares with detailed logs. - Utilize strong Khopoli–Taloja network for sourcing parts and coordinating services. - Ensure safety compliance, root cause analysis, and structured process discipline.Skills & What We Offer:- Welding, CAD design, PLC/HMI basics, and local sourcing expertise. - Strong communication, proactive mindset, discipline, and computer proficiency. - Competitive salary, overtime pay, joining bonus, and massive growth potential. - Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge systems in a safety-driven, innovative work culture.If you are interested in proceeding, please email krishna@mashmakes.com with three preferred time slots when you would be available to visit our Test Centre in Khopoli.
