We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization. You will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, create, and manage dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations using leading BI tools. - ETL and Data Modeling: Build and optimize ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse. Perform data modeling to create logical and physical models that support efficient reporting and analysis. - Collaborate and Translate: Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI projects. Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. - System Performance and Support: Ensure the security, availability, and performance of BI systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, report performance, and user access, and maintain existing reports based on user feedback.Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role.Immediate to 15 days joiner preferredTechnical Skills:- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView. (Power BI and Tableau is Mandatory ) - BFSI Industry exp is Mandatory. - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Experience with ETL tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation and automation. - Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of large datasets and complex queries.
