Key Responsibilities :


- Backend System Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable backend systems using Python with expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- API & Architecture Design : Drive the design and management of APIs (REST/GraphQL), microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Cloud Development : Utilize extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, CosmosDB) to build and deploy solutions.

- Team Leadership & Mentoring : Lead a development team, manage projects effectively, and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Database Management : Work extensively with various databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or CosmosDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- DevOps & Deployment : Apply strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Innovation & POCs : Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and actively evaluate new technology solutions to enhance our engineering capabilities.

- Problem-Solving : Apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with front-end teams (including those using React.js), product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong expertise in backend development using Python with proven experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, CosmosDB, etc.)

- Experience leading a development team and managing projects.

- Expertise in designing and managing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Strong database experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or CosmosDB.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new technology solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with React.js (for understanding front-end integration).

- Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
