As a Video Editor and Media Design person, you will not only be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports brand awareness, learner engagement, but also brainstorming marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and driving user interest through your designs and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a variety of visual content — posters, banners, templates, emailers, newsletters, packaging, infographics, and storyboards for digital use.
  • Create and edit informational and educational videos for learners, explaining key concepts and program features through visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate academic or product objectives into engaging design assets.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all content, while also optimizing for usability and learner experience.
  • Bring creativity to data visualization by converting concepts and stats into easy-to-understand infographics and visuals.
  • Develop content that not only aligns with our visual identity but also supports lead generation efforts and marketing conversions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign and brand development.
  • Stay updated with trends in edtech design and e-learning best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related creative field.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency background is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work including educational materials or marketing content.
  • Experience in video editing and creating infographic-style videos.
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
