Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire faculty across the departments of Commerce, Economics, and English to achieve excellence in teaching and research.
  • Admissions & Growth: Spearheaded the admissions process for 360 new students annually, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Curriculum Development: Drive innovation in curriculum design and implementation to ensure we remain at the forefront of educational excellence.
  • Institutional Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Global Representation: Represent our institution at national and international forums, forging partnerships with global universities.
  • Inclusive Community: Foster a strong, supportive, and inclusive student and faculty community.

What You Bring:

  • Academic Credentials: PhD in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: A total of 15 years of experience in higher education, with 5 years as Principal of a college and 5 years in administrative functions.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire academic institutions to new heights through effective management and leadership.
  • Innovation in Education: Expertise in curriculum development and the ability to foster interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural communicator and leader who can engage with faculty, students, and external stakeholders alike.
  • Should be well acquainted with the statutory compliances
