Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead - AI Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid Immediate joiners or notice period less than 15days are needed. Purpose: Responsible for the development and maintenance of software solutions for new and existing projects. Deep technical skills are required, along with an ability to understand how all pieces fit together and are validated in a complex, distributed system. Duties and Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy AI-driven and cloud-native applications using Python, C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core. Integrate GenAI, LLM, and ML algorithms with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in guidelines and procedures Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Actively participates hand on in product development and roadmap definition Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirements Represents technical viewpoint for various technologies during strategic planning Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with them Support Developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviews Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years in applied AI, with a strong record of leading teams and delivering high-impact products. Healthcare domain experience: claims, EHR/HL7/FHIR, coding (ICD/CPT), risk adjustment, quality measures, de-identification Experience working with global team and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Experience with agile development Manage team members and meet client / business team’s expectations. Maintain process compliance and own complete project execution. Required skills and knowledge: Experience working with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks Experience with integrating GenAI/LLM/ML algorithms, with Azure AI Foundry/MCP/LangChain Have worked on ML flow models - supervised or unsupervised, and GenAI integrations with Azure AI Foundry or LangChain. Knowledge in Modern data technologies e.g. Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake, Blob storage, NoSQL DB, Databricks, PySpark / Scala/ Spark SQL Advanced coding skills in C# ASP.Net, .Net Core Strong working knowledge in MS SQL and REST API Experience in Cloud native development using Azure / AWS / GCP Expert in Git/GitLab/BitBucket, CI/CD pipeline management Knowledge of Integration with SSO token authentication and authorization ADFS/ MS Entra ID / Auth 0 Knowledge of application logging, monitoring Expert on Object-Oriented Programming and design principles Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, GenAI, Agentic AI, Terraform Good to have technical skills: Strong Core ReactJS fundamentals (hooks, routing , state management, lazy loading) React Native, Angular, NextJS, Vue, Cypress, Playwright Preferred skills and knowledge: Ability to solve problems quickly and completely Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment Possesses a positive attitude and ability to think outside the box Understands and anticipates the possible failures in a growing system and knows how to prevent them Utilizes source control with multiple concurrent branches Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
