Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect and Technical Lead specializing in Java and Spring Boot. The role is based in Bengaluru. The professional will be responsible for designing technical architectures, providing leadership in solution architecture, driving enterprise-wide integration frameworks, and ensuring robust enterprise architecture strategies. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying technical challenges, and implementing scalable, performance-oriented solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Qualifications Expertise in Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture Strong proficiency in Software Development, specifically with Java and Spring Boot Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills Able to do hands-on as needed and guide the team Knowledge in KeyCloak, LDAP, Redis Strong technical know-how, in-depth understanding of technologies Experience in Integration strategies and frameworks Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies and practices Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive project success Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus Thorough understanding of agile, Kanban boards, JIRA to drive the delivery Good to Have: Experience in Telco Domain IBM Integration Technologies like IIB, ACE, IBM MQ and DataPower
