The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, and integrations, and should be capable of handling end-to-end Salesforce implementations and Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.- Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.- Optimize and troubleshoot existing code and processes to improve performance and scalability.- Provide technical support and guidance to functional teams and end users.- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform Skills :- Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.- Experience with Salesforce data migration using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.- Knowledge of Salesforce integration with external systems.- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, ANT, Copado).- Strong problem-solving and communication Qualifications :- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience with Git or other version control systems.Why Join Us ?- Work on exciting Salesforce projects with cutting-edge technologies.- Opportunity for career growth and leadership roles.- Collaborative and inclusive team culture.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
