We are seeking aProcess Analyst – Digitizationto join our team, focusing on driving digital transformation across the manufacturing sector.Role Overview: This role involves working closely with manufacturing clients, spending significant time on the shop floor to gain a deep understanding of core manufacturing processes, identify process gaps, and define opportunities for digitization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical development, data science, and design teams—to deliver solutions such as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboards, and Digital Twins, ensuring seamless integration of technology into real-world operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex AI-driven solutions and operational needs, translating business requirements into scalable, impactful digital solutions. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve improved productivity, reduced downtime, and enhanced operational efficiency through innovative digital transformation initiatives.Location : NoidaExperience:Minimum 2+ years expereince in business analysis, process analysis, or digital transformation initiatives within industrial or manufacturing environments.Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably incore engineering disciplinessuch as Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering✅ Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients toanalyze current manual processes , understand manufacturing workflows, and identify opportunities for digitization. Leverage knowledge of core manufacturing processes and related domain expertiseto identify operational gaps and digitization opportunities. Conductdetailed process mapping and gap analysisto define clear digital transformation requirements. Work onkey digitization use casessuch as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboarding, and Digital Twin implementations. Documentbusiness requirements, data flow, and basic data architectureto ensure scalable solution design. Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams —technical developers, data scientists, and design teams—to translate business needs into digital solutions. Supportdata analysis, data preparation, and visualizationusing tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau. Act as abridge between client stakeholders and internal teams , ensuring smooth execution and adoption of digital solutions. Supportchange management and user trainingto enable successful transition from manual to digital platforms. Provideinnovative, out-of-the-box solutionsfor digitization challenges and continuously identify areas for process improvement.Required Skill : Domain Knowledge : Proven ability to understand core manufacturing processes and related industrial domains to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and opportunities for digital transformation. Data & Technical Skills : Solid understanding ofd ata flow and basic data architecture, enabling the design of scalable and efficient digital solutions. Business Analysis & Process Expertise : Strong capability in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering, translating business needs into actionable digitization strategies. Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications with clarity and precision for technical implementation.
