Requirements

Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair:

  • Perform thorough inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues in twowheelers.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
  • Carry out repairs on engines transmissions brakes clutches suspensions and other mechanical components.

Maintenance Services:

  • Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes brake adjustments tire replacements and chain lubrication.
  • Perform safety checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain repair options.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.
  • Offer advice on maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance.

Parts and Inventory Management:

  • Identify and order necessary replacement parts.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools and parts ensuring everything is in good condition and available when needed.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
  • Complete job cards and service reports documenting work done and parts used.

Adherence to Safety Standards:

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
  • Ensure the workshop is clean organized and free of hazards.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in twowheeler technology and repair techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.
