JobDescription:

TheRelationship Officer Home Loans will be responsible forestablishing a local distribution network for home loans throughcontact points and direct marketing activities. This includes sitevisits pamphlet distribution and other related activities. The roleinvolves the creation and empanelment of contact points which aretypically the first points of inquiry for individuals looking tobuild or buy a home. These points include cement dealers buildingmaterial suppliers planners engineers masons and sanitary waredealers. The employee will manage their assigned location fosteringrelationships with these contact points and existing borrowers todistribute affordable housingloans.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Achievehome loan disbursement goals by executing a comprehensive businessplan including prospecting networking and fieldbased marketingactivities.
  • Present andpromote Home Loans to prospective clients both physically anddigitally through social mediachannels.
  • Profile customers duringeach call or visit to understand their needs and recommend suitableloan products.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with customers to generate referrals and ensuretimely loan servicing.
  • Performfieldbased activities and marketing initiatives as instructed bythe branch manager to generate home loanleads.
  • Manage the complete lifecycleof a home loan from application and processing coordination to theend of the customers relationship with theorganization.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Mustbe a graduate from anystream.
  • Should have a minimum of 12months of experience in retailsales.
  • Must have good communicationskills.
  • Must have a TwoWheeler and avalid drivinglicense.

SkillsRequired:

  • Strongsales and negotiationskills.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
  • Ability tobuild and maintain relationships with variousstakeholders.
  • Proactive andselfmotivated with a strong drive for achievingtargets.
  • Basic understanding of homeloan products and the housingmarket.

SpecificCriteria/Requirements:

  • Willingnessto travel extensively within the assignedlocation.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Good knowledge of the localmarket and potential customerbase.
  • Flexibility to work indifferent locations as required by theorganization


- Should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales.- Must have good communication skills. - Must have Two Wheeler andvalid driving licence.
