Crave is a consumer brand startup that’s creating new age innovative brands for the new generation of consumers in India.

Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor performance analytics, track engagement metrics, and optimise campaigns to grow Crave's online presence


Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating high-quality, on-brand content including visuals, videos, posts, and stories that tell the Crave story.
  • Create short form video content for the brand.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Craft engaging copy for social media, email newsletters, and other digital marketing campaigns.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and product goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all customer touch-points.


Brand Development:

  • Lead efforts to develop and grow Crave’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tactics to ensure Crave stays ahead of the curve.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to support launches, promotions, and new initiatives.
  • Report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
  • Provide insights on customer behaviour, campaign success, and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in a marketing role, ideally in consumer brands, lifestyle products, or CPG.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including hands-on experience with content creation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign development, social media algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling and crafting engaging copy.
  • Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience creating content like reels, memes etc.


 Personal Qualities:

  • Creative, self-starter, and team-oriented.
  • Passionate about consumer brands, especially within the wellness or alternative product space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
