Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for sales target achievement and customer acquisitions

for the gallery

• Manage relationships with the customers, visitors and clients to ensure

regular customer visits to the gallery and events

• Growth in customer base

• Provide input on the selection of art works for exhibitions and events

alongside the Gallery Director, based on customer relationships and

professional experience

• Follow-up with clients, record feedback and make process improvements

• Address queries on social media and Artsy

• Generate invoices in case of sales, or artworks and books

• Prepare PPTs and present them to interested clients

• Capture the details of new visitors and customers to the CRM and maintain

real-time tracking of customer interactions and meetings, to enable recordkeeping

and exchange of information
