About the job:Experience Required: 3-5 YearsLocation: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite)Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Consultant with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will also have experience in client communication, organic social media strategy, and managing cross-channel campaigns. Experience in platforms like Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other emerging ad platforms will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms.- Develop and manage organic and paid social media strategies and content calendars for different clients.- Manage organic social media posting, community engagement, and brand voice consistency across platforms.- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication - from campaign briefing to reporting.- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs.- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet ROI and performance targets.- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and new advertising features.- Coordinate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.- Monitor competitor activity and suggest digital strategy improvements.Must-Have Skills:- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns for multiple clients.- Strong understanding of organic and paid social media platforms, audience engagement, and content strategies.- Experience in client servicing and stakeholder communication.- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.Good to Have:- Experience in Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Twitter/X Ads.- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer.- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaboration Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.- Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.
