Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills among team members.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.

Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the electronic manufacturing industry.

Innovation Promotion: Encourage the adoption of innovative sales techniques and tools within the team.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree (any field) preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronic manufacturing or sensors industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
