Job Description:
- Manage sales from channel and open market for Loan against Property.
- Manage and acquisition of Direct Sales team.
- Lead Generation through references
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling
- To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments & augment The presence and penetration of the JBFC brand in the target market
- Maintain high caliber client service
- Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.
- Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions.
- Work closely with Branch Manager for new customer addition.
- Ensure 100 PERCENT Fresh Collection and at least 70 PERCENT of overdue collection of Portfolio.
- Ensue 100 PERCENT Login and Disbursement are met on month-on-month basis.
