The role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers, driving business growth, and ensuring process excellence while maintaining portfolio quality.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 810 Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales and disbursement targets.- Drive branch-level business growth for Home Loan and LAP products.- Oversee end-to-end HL/LAP processes, including sourcing, credit coordination, documentation, and disbursement.- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and compliance with credit and regulatory norms.- Develop local market strategies to enhance branch visibility and sourcing.- Coach and mentor team members through regular reviews, training, and performance management.- Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and risk frameworks.- Build strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and key stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Experience:- 5-7 years of industry experience in Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP).- Proven team handling experience with 810 Relationship Managers.- Strong working knowledge of HL/LAP processes, credit policies, and documentation.- Demonstrated ability to deliver targets in competitive market conditions.- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
