Job Objective:

Electronics Lead FPGA Engineer position will be responsible for executing the requirements of designing, testing, and prototyping in the MKU Product RoadMap. Defining USPs in the products to make it highly desirable and sought by end customers.


Execution:

  1. Concept designing and basic block diagram and technical architecture preparation for the novelty products of MKU.
  2. Designing and developing FPGA solutions for various applications ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  3. Create and optimize RTL Designs using hardware description languages.
  4. Identification of sensors, FPGAs, and other components for hardware development using Proof of Concept.
  5. Deployment of the software for the hardware team.
  6. Utilize synthesis tolls to convert RTL code into FPGA specific hardware
  7. Preparation of initial concept design, product architecture and algorithms of Electronics designs.
  8. Support procurement team in Technology selection and component selection.
  9. Handling customer complaints and resolution through CAPA, for new products.
  10. Visit tech exhibitions and meet with industry experts, Design houses and suppliers to identify innovation in electronics which can be utilized in EO design.
  11. Standardize and improve the design procedure by utilizing the knowledge of SMEs and consultants.
  12. Preparation of post project completion documents for record and for transfer to industrialization team.
  13. Check the Project documentation comprehensiveness for future use, version control and creation of knowledge bank.
  14. Representing MKU in technical discussions with Industry bodies and educational institutions
  15. Support Purchase and Industrialization team in selection and finalization of critical vendors within the criteria of quality.
  16. Support in qualification of product.
  17. Work on TAT reduction using SGAs as tool to redefine process flow.
  18. Purchase order of PCP prototype and component procurement and follow up with supplier
  19. Product Specification Review and approval along with Product Manager.
  20. Work with Product Manager to create USPs in the product Budget Review and approval along with Product and Project Manager
  21. Timelines review and approval along with Product and Project Manager
  22. Skill Mapping of team for execution of project vis a vis plan, timelines, budget of the project.

Collaboration with Product Manager in development of products by providing inputs on feasibility, timeline, resources availability.


Min. qualification required : B.Tech in Electronics engineering


Min. no. of years of relevant experience required: 4+ year experience in FPGA programming and familiarity with Digital Signal processing
