We're currently looking for a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in Psychodiagnostics and Psychometric Testing (e.g., MMPI, MCMI, Rorschach, WISC, ADHD assessments) to join our team at Water Psychology Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will:

  • Independently administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological tests including: MMPI, MCMI, Rorschach, WAIS/WISC, Binet, BDI, BAI, Y-BOCS, and other standardized tests.
  • Conduct detailed history taking and psychological interviews to understand presenting concerns and inform assessments.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional psychodiagnostic reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with therapists and referring psychiatrists for integrated care.
  • Provide therapeutic support occasionally, based on experience and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's in Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
  • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (preferred but not compulsory)

PREOFESSIONAL EXPERTISE & SKILLS:

  • Proficient in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tests.
  • Prior experience with test batteries used for diagnosis, personality profiling, cognitive evaluation, and clinical decision-making.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2–3 years of independent experience in clinical assessment (excluding internships).

LANGUAGE FLUENCY

Marathi, Hindi, and English is a must
