Job Description:

- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our IT offshore sales and marketing initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- This role requires flexibility, strategic thinking, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 Business Development Managers and a total team of 10+ members.

- Define and set clear targets for the team, ensuring the achievement of both individual and team goals.

- Actively participate in designing sales strategies and forecasting to drive business growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, with a focus on repeat business.

- Manage IT offshore sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the team's communication and collaboration with upper management, ensuring seamless reporting structures.

- Provide regular management reports and feedback on sales activities and performance.

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and ensure professional growth.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Proactively identify and manage international leads, demonstrating flexibility with time zones.

- Use software tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT offshore sales and marketing.

- Proven track record of managing and motivating a Business Development team.

- Experience in setting targets and achieving them successfully.

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills and proactive mindset.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Proven experience managing 2-3 BDMs and a team of 10+ members.

- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate Focused on achieving personal and team sales targets.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle uncertainty.
