Highly skilled AI/ML expert responsible for driving end-to-end AI model development, deployment, and operational excellence within the Center of Excellence. The role demands deep technical mastery in classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI with a focus on production-quality scalable solutions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities :1. Actively contribute to model development, training, validation, and deployment. Expertise spans classical machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and generative AI models including large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative adversarial networks (GANs).2. Guide junior staff and implement best practices across model selection, data pipeline architecture, feature engineering, and MLOps including deployment automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), versioning, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.Required Skills and Experience :1. 6+ years hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and end-to-end AI model development and deployment.2. Deep familiarity with classical ML algorithms, advanced deep learning architectures, and generative models (LLM, GAN, RAG).3. Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks for seamless model development and deployment.4. Skilled in model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, bias detection, and performance optimization.5. Experience in CI/CD pipeline design for AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms6. Track record in developing and integrating AI/ML workloads for hyperscalers7. Skilled in building open-ended APIs for modular AI enabler consumption8. Background in API management for plug-and-play AI modules (ref:hirist.tech)
