Highly skilled AI/ML expert responsible for driving end-to-end AI model development, deployment, and operational excellence within the Center of Excellence. The role demands deep technical mastery in classical machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI with a focus on production-quality scalable solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Actively contribute to model development, training, validation, and deployment. Expertise spans classical machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and generative AI models including large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative adversarial networks (GANs).

2. Guide junior staff and implement best practices across model selection, data pipeline architecture, feature engineering, and MLOps including deployment automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), versioning, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Experience :

years hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and end-to-end AI model development and deployment.

2. Deep familiarity with classical ML algorithms, advanced deep learning architectures, and generative models (LLM, GAN, RAG).

3. Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks for seamless model development and deployment.

4. Skilled in model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, bias detection, and performance optimization.

5. Experience in CI/CD pipeline design for AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms

6. Track record in developing and integrating AI/ML workloads for hyperscalers

7. Skilled in building open-ended APIs for modular AI enabler consumption

8. Background in API management for plug-and-play AI modules
