So if you believe that who you are, is aligned to our values - it will be a big plus.  Job Description - Tele Consultant – AHA Smart Homes Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele Consultant to engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The role involves providing accurate information, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions or services. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a polite and confident phone manner, and the ability to meet performance targets. Location Our main centre is located off Linking Road in Santacruz (West), Mumbai - However, the candidate should be mobile within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) at least. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Engage with customers, explain product/service details, and answer queries. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information. Regular follow up with leads. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Professional Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills. Good listening and interpersonal skills.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated. Work Experience  Not a criteria for selection - we are happy to consider freshers as well as experienced candidates However, if there are multiple good candidates then following criteria will apply Prior experience in tele sales, tele marketing, tele support / service  Experience in SaaS products, Technology Sales Higher number of years of Work Experience Working Hours Days - 6 days a week Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be working due to high demand Weekly offs will be on one day from Monday to Thursday 8 to 9 hours per working day  You will be eligible for a total of 85 days off in a calendar year (January to December). All leaves indicated below are are mutually exclusive Up to 52 weekly offs Up to 21 Personal / Earned Leaves (PL) - after probation period (6 months) i.e. 1.75 days PL per month.  Up to 10 public holidays (as per calendar published every year) Up to 2 optional public holidays (as per calendar published every year) Reference Organisations / Industries (Indicative only) While we would prefer candidates from certain industries, this section gives a list that is only indicative. If there other organisations / industries that are not part of this list but are similar in nature, we will definitely consider those as well Technology SaaS Sales - Zoho, SFDC etc Technology SaaS Support- Zoho, SFDC etc Technology Hardware Sales - HP, Apple  etc Technology Hardware Support - HP, Apple etc EdTech - Byju’s, Unacademy, Coursera etc. Real Estate - Kalpataru, DLF etc. Invite only Premium Credit Cards - AMEX Black etc. Art Gallery - Galerie ISA, TARQ etc. Wealth Management - Premium Banks Luxury Cars - BMW, Mercedes, Tesla etc. Education Not a criteria for selection However, if there are multiple good candidates, the one with better qualifications will be selected Compensation Will be a fair market compensation for the role, as per Education Qualifications Work Experience Will not be a challenge for the right candidate - we are looking for talented go getters with initiative and the right spirit. Will not be dependent on the last drawn salary. Incentive Programmes  will be announced on a quarterly basis with an infinite capability to earn  there will be no cap on incentives as a policy We strongly believe in maximizing individual earning capability
