We work at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and business goals to create design solutions that don’t just look good — they work.About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead to lead and grow our design team. This is a senior role for someone with hands-on experience in brand and packaging design who is ready to elevate their creative leadership journey. You’ll work directly with the Founder & Creative Director, contribute to top-level creative decisions, nurture the design team, and own the creative output across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the visual design direction across projects—from concept to executionPresent concepts, moodboards, and design directions to clients confidently and clearlyCollaborate with strategy, content, and account management to ensure cohesive storytelling and designManage and mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and growthWork on key packaging and branding projects with an eye for detail, innovation, and functionalityProvide technical inputs for print production—dielines, material behavior, color calibration, etc.Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and production feasibilityLead internal creative reviews, quality checks, and brainstormsWhat We’re Looking For4–5 years of professional experience in a creative/design agency environmentPrior experience in team management and mentoringStrong presentation and client communication skillsA portfolio showcasing branding, packaging design, and visual systemsStrong understanding of print processes, materials, and vendor coordinationAbility to conceptualise video and motion graphic briefs with the Video teamThrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional studio environmentProactive, solution-oriented mindset—balancing creativity and logicWhy Join Us?Co-create brand identities that make it to shelves and screens across India and globallyBe part of a nimble, design-led team with clear growth opportunitiesWork directly with the Founder, shaping the future of design strategy and leadershipCreative freedom, ownership, and an open studio cultureApply NowSend the following to akanksha@flyingelephantdesigns.com, rahul@flyingelephantdesigns.com,- CV - Portfolio link (mandatory) - Cover letter on why you’re the best person for this position - Current CTC (mandatory) - Notice period (mandatory)Important: Applications without a portfolio link, current CTC, and notice period will not be considered.Email subject line:Design & Brand Communication – Team Lead Application – [Your Name]Let’s lead, inspire, and design the future together.Join Team Flying Elephant Designs.
