We are actively expanding our HR team and seeking experienced professionals to join us. If you're fueled by passion for human resources and ready to bring your expertise in developing a dynamic team, we're eager to get in touch.


Work Experience:

We give preference to candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Ideally, candidates should have a blend of HR expertise and experience in either engineering or the patent and knowledge industry. This diverse background enhances our ability to comprehend and address our distinct human resource needs more comprehensively.


Personality Traits:

We're in search of a dynamic, adaptable HR professional who flourishes within diverse company cultures. It's crucial that you dedicate time to grasp our organization's operational ethos and aim to optimize your contribution by nurturing robust team dynamics, proposing process enhancements, and proactively owning your responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

Strategically manage hiring to maintain team balance across all business verticals (essential).

Foster a progressive and positive work environment (essential).

Manage grievances effectively and in a timely manner.

Implement and optimize HRMS for leave and time management.

Streamline performance reviews and appraisal processes.

Handle day-to-day administrative and business essential tasks as they arise.


Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Engineering, with a Master's or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or a related area.

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Demonstrated strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.
