This role will involve collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to communicate complex insights in a clear, business-oriented manner.Key Responsibilities:- Collect, organize, and analyse large datasets related to student performance, attendance, and other key educational metrics.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track educational outcomes and identify trends.- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.- Conduct statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of educational interventions.- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.- Work with CRM systems to understand, manage, and generate detailed reports to support brand and marketing efforts.- Pull, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems to provide insights that enhance the admissions and marketing processes.- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices in data management.- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in educational data analysis, CRM technology, and related tools.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an educational setting.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including report generation and data management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
