Job Description/ Roles and Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making within an organization. You will work with large and complex datasets, utilize various data analysis techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful information from data. Your ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data will be instrumental in guiding strategic decisions and optimizing business processes. Key Responsibilities. ● Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. ● Utilize statistical analysis techniques, data visualization tools, and data modeling to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists, to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks. ● Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. ● Identify data quality issues, perform data validation, and implement data cleaning and enrichment techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity. ● Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to discover new opportunities, uncover patterns, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies. ● Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is properly stored, processed, and analyzed in accordance with data governance policies and regulations. ● Provide timely and accurate reports, presentations, and visualizations to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Basic Qualifications and Mandatory Skills / Attributes. ● Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. ● Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis concepts, techniques, and tools. ● Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. ● Experience with data analysis programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. ● Familiarity with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills ● Knowledge of data governance principles, data management best practices, and relevant regulations or experience with Construction industry is a plus ● Experience with cloud based data technologies, such as AWS Redshift or GCP BigQuery or Looker ● Industry certifications, such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, are a plusinterested candidate can contact through e-mail id- mayur.soni@white-force.incall on-6264800151
