Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centers, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.Job Title:F&O Technical Architect Location: Bangalore & HyderabadRole Description:An F&O Technical Architect designs and oversees the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions, leading development teams, defining architecture, ensuring scalability and performance, and collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs. Key responsibilities include creating customizations and integrations using technologies like X++ and Azure, managing deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps, and providing technical guidance for upgrades and migrations.Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions for D365 F&O implementations and integrations. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and Microsoft standards. Customization & Integration: Design and oversee the development of extensions, customizations, and integrations using X++, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), custom APIs, and Data verse. Application Lifecycle Management Define and manage deployment pipelines, environments, and code promotion using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS). Performance & Optimization: Conduct performance tuning and optimization efforts to ensure high availability and performance of D365 F&O environments. Requirements Translation: Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture designs, integration diagrams, and deployment guides. Support & Guidance: Provide technical guidance for system upgrades, environment refreshes, data migrations, and offer support for presales efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.Required SkillsDeep understanding of Microsoft Dynamic F & O capabilities and architecture. Expertise in X++ development and D365 F&O technical concepts. Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure DevOps, Data verse). Experience with data integration frameworks and custom API development. Ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers. Proficiency in ALM tools and processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
