The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET/C#, Optimizely CMS/Commerce, and front-end technologies, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performing web solutions.Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain websites and digital experiences using Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Commerce. • Implement new features, modules, and templates following best practices. • Integrate Optimizely with external systems such as CRMs, analytics, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver robust and visually appealing solutions. • Optimize site performance, caching, and personalization features. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and deployment processes. • Ensure adherence to Optimizely coding standards and security practices.Technical Skills Required: • Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (v11/v12) or Optimizely DXP (Cloud). • Proficiency inASP.NETMVC / C# / .NET Core. • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular. • Experience with Optimizely Commerce, Personalization, or Content Recommendations modules is an advantage. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment. • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services. • Exposure to Optimizely Experimentation (A/B Testing) or Feature Flags is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: • Optimizely Certified Developer (CMS/Commerce). • Experience with headless CMS architecture or Next.js/React front-end integration. • Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
