Product designer intern – Early Team @ Koshpal (Remote, 4 Months + Extendable, Flexible Compensation)

Hey there

We're Koshpal, a privacy first, all in one financial wellness platform . Our mission is to help people take control of their money, reduce stress, and make smarter financial decisions. We're extremely early stage a small, passionate team of 12 and we're building something that could change how India thinks about financial wellness.

We're looking for a UI/UX designer who wants to build a startup from scratch, not just design screens. Someone excited to create experiences, think end-to-end, and grow with the product. This is more than an internship – it's a chance to join the founding journey and shape Koshpal's product, culture, and future.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive, delightful user experiences for our employee app, coach platform, and employer dashboard.
  • Translate Koshpal's vision into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Work closely with the founder and early team to iterate fast.
  • Influence the product roadmap and help shape Koshpal's identity.

Mini Case Study

Here's a quick exercise to see your thinking:

Scenario: A person struggle to track UPI + cash expenses and don't know where their money goes. Koshpal wants to help them visually understand spending, set budgets, and take action.

Task: Create a single screen design showing:

  • Expense summary + categories
  • Budget vs actual
  • Suggested action (e.g., save more, adjust spending)
