We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our office who will be responsible for various tasks such as architectural design, working drawings and project coordination. They will work closely with the principals and the architectural design team on the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time within budget and at the highest standards of quality.


Responsibilities:

• Handling a project from start to finish and ensuring high-quality, innovative and functional design.

• Produce conceptual drawings, working drawings and documents.

• Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

• Acting as a point of contact for all technical issues


Experience:

• Bachelor’s

• 5 years of experience in the field


Skills (Mandatory):

• Professional in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suites.

• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language.

• Good interpersonal and networking skills.

• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, collate information, and prepare reports.

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.

• Time & priority management

• Leadership skills.

• Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards.

• Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
