Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Delhi
Reports To: Director
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to high-profile projects nationwide.
Position Summary:
The Senior Architect will lead the design and development of complex projects, ensuring quality and compliance. This role involves team leadership, client collaboration, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects.
Develop and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D models.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet requirements.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with Indian building codes and standards.
Mentor junior architects and designers.
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Stay updated on architectural trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects in India.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.
Strong understanding of Indian building codes and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sustainable design and green building.
