About the Role:

- We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Information Technology Project Manager (Strategic Initiatives) to join our growing team.

- You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading the implementation and ongoing execution of strategic IT projects across various verticals, including:

- Dealer Portal

- Customer Website

- Innovation Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to implementation, performance monitoring, and scaling.

- Leverage your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

- Champion design thinking principles and integrate them into the project management process.

- Lead the selection, funding, and execution of key strategic projects within a defined timeframe.

- Drive innovation communication and actively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coach and guide project vendor/tech partner managers and project teams.

- Measure, evaluate, and optimize the return on investment (ROI) of each Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent.

- MBA in strategic management (preferred).

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing high-impact strategic IT projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.

- Passion for research and developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence change.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to inspire teams, and deliver results
