We are hiring Institutional Relations Manager (1)

Role Summary: The Institutional Relations Manager at EazyLink will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with educational institutions across India and international partner universities. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to strengthen institutional partnerships and support student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Partnership Development

Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, schools, and universities.

Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with company objectives.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Organize and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions.

Represent EazyLink and its partner universities during education fairs and institutional meetings.

Internal Coordination:

Work closely with counseling, admissions, processing, and marketing teams to support partner engagement.

Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups.

Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Willingness to travel for institutional visits and events

Knowledge of international education systems (UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada) is preferred

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in teams
