THE ROLE
Here is what we are looking for:
This role involves a candidate who is keen on understanding Social Media, Branding, Advertising and Client Relations within the field. The role also involves a substantial amount of client liaising and a keen interest to learn about branding, social media marketing and advertising processes and trends.
You will be trained in how to gain a clear brief from your client be it for a Social Media campaign, a branding project or new website and how to execute said project initially. You will be expected to maintain realistic timelines on excel and handle the client relationship so that business grows by delivering creative value to other businesses.
A part of the role will also entail, knowledge of / initial training on Facebook Ads Manager Backend to plan and post social media campaigns and ads weekly, in order to drive sales for various businesses. This will be followed up by preparing a monthly advertising social report to your client that you will be in charge of preparing. Another key part of the role will be working as a team to create pitch decks and other presentations for brands through, research and creative ideation. Finally your daily role would also entail interacting effectively with the Creative and Copy teams so that various client projects deliver quality work, on time.

• Creating Brand Presentations
1. Working with the creative director and creative team in terms of creating timelines and pipeline structure for any project so that through the project life cycle client commitments are met by you.
2. Pitching forward ideas and creatives to clients, convincing them of ideas and strategies the agency may suggest. Maintaining meeting notes and timelines on projects internally and externally.
3. Vendor management on smaller projects.
4. Responsible for monthly social media presentation structure, ideas and flow for all presentations made by the agency to their clients.
5. Research – Initial research for upcoming projects and sharing information and initial copywriting tone of voice and idea with the creative team.
6. Ideation – proactively contributing towards ideas and brainstorming towards the initial phases of a project and on all social media accounts monthly. Sending out an email on Monthly Ideas to your team.
7. Software skills & knowhow of PowerPoint / Word / Google Slides/ Excel.
8. Being social media savvy and coordinating, posting and reporting along with coming up with social media strategy on assigned accounts and tracking and deploying campaigns on the backend of Facebook and Instagram – with monthly reports with insights presented to clients.
