Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Node.js applications and APIs to meet project requirements.
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of server-side systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces and ensure seamless data flow between components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks, ensuring high levels of efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technologies, development and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Implement unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Willingness to follow/learn emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing scalable architecture. (High TPS & large databases involved)
  • Design, develop and test new and existing projects.
  • Apply best practice development patterns and follow design briefs, continuous integration/development, and maintenance of code.
  • Provide technical expertise when working on new and existing modules/features/APIs
  • Collaborating with other developers (front-end and back-end) and designers regarding the projects.
  • Familiarity using Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Documenting the task progress, architecture, and development process.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in development.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be a part of an agile-based team
  • Good knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL. MySQL, MongoDB
  • Frameworks and Libraries: Node js, Express, Cloud Server


Salary: 3.0 LPA to 4.5 LPA
