As a PHP Developer specializing in backend development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using PHP.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
  • Design and implement data storage solutions.
  • Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and security of backend applications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to define and implement effective APIs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Strong Knowledge in OOPs and Functional programming concepts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PHP backend development.
  • Solid understanding of server-side templating languages.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgnitor, Symfony.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit, Pest
  • Knowledge of version control systems


Good to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery).
