Current Requirement

Right now, we are hiring for the role of Business Development Executives (Fresher/ up to 02 years of working experience), to join us onsite, on full-time basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity for high-caliber candidates to join a target-driven and focused team working for a rapidly expanding company, in the language service industry.   


Role & Responsibilities

● Developing business for the company’s linguistic services.

● Generating new business contacts, developing these partnership from initial contact to contract finalization.

●Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 

● Respond to inquiries from potential clients.  

● Able to identify challenges that target clients would have, in their localization strategy. 

● Work closely with project managers in our Service Delivery team.

● Develop and maintain a database for contacts, activities and results. 


What we see in an ideal candidate (but not limited to)

● Professional knowledge of Zoho (CRM)

●Fluency in English (Spoken and written).

●Bilingual / Trilingual proficiency would be a plus.

●Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

● Excellent computer literacy related to Microsoft Office and other Microsoft based applications

●Ability to manage a portfolio of customer accounts.

●Attention to detail is paramount in all areas of work.

●Team spirit and positive attitude.

●Readiness to work in rotational shifts.


Qualification

BBA, MBA, B.com, M.com, BBE or equivalent


Experience

Fresher/ up to 02 years of working experience


Salary

Interns: Rs.10,000/- (First 3 months)

Probationers: Rs.15,000PM (next 3 Months)

Permanent Employees: Rs.18,000pm + Commission (after 6 months)
