Position Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and experienced ERP leader to drive the strategic utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our organization.

This role goes beyond technical implementationit's about leveraging ERP capabilities to enable business transformation, enhance cross-functional efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making at the enterprise level.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business leadership and technology teams to ensure that

ERP investments deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Serve as the ERP functional leader and subject matter expert, guiding teams through adoption, optimization and innovation within Business Central.

- Collaborate with business heads to translate organizational goals into ERP-enabled process enhancements and automation.

- Oversee cross-functional ERP initiatives spanning Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Qualityensuring alignment, scalability, and compliance.

- Monitor emerging ERP trends and technologies, advising leadership on innovations and upgrades that support future growth.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.

- MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.

- 10-15 years of experience in ERP strategy, implementation, or consulting, with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central.

- Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide ERP deployments and leading cross-functional team.

- Strategic mindset with a strong grasp of business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations.

- Strong analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to link ERP capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, customization and functional modules.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI for reporting and analytics is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and change management skills.
